People use ASMR to help them sleep in a few different ways.
Some people listen to ASMR audio recordings with headphones or play through a speaker.
Others watch ASMR videos, either with or without headphones.
And still, others find that they can fall asleep more quickly if they massage their scalp or back with an ASMR-inducing object, such as a brush or comb.
Whichever method you choose, make sure that you are in a comfortable position and that you won’t be interrupted. Then, relax and let the ASMR take over. You may find yourself feeling drowsy and drifting off to sleep.
