There is no scientific evidence to suggest that it is possible to become immune to ASMR.
However, some people may find that they no longer experience the same level of response to ASMR triggers after prolonged exposure.
The brain may become less responsive to the triggers over time. Other factors could also play a role in reducing the response to ASMR triggers, such as stress, anxiety, or fatigue.
If you find that your response to ASMR has decreased, it may be worth taking a break from exposure to ASMR triggers for a while.
